Often clients stay with their financial planner because it is too much effort to move on. Truly satisfied clients demonstrate their appreciation by means of referrals.
To find out exactly how your clients feel and what they think of you and your practice, consider making use of our Client Satisfaction Survey, available to Partner practices. It’s independent and anonymous, resulting in a more honest response. It is also online and automated, requiring very little work from your side.
In surveying your clients, we address their satisfaction levels across several areas:

- The planners skills and knowledge
- Review meetings
- Business relationships
- Products and services
- The office environment
You will receive a detailed report for analysis as soon as the survey closes. The results differentiate between responses from your A-clients, Other clients and Ideal clients – as specified by yourself. The report also benchmarks your results with those of similar practices.
