TCF must become embedded within the culture of your organisation. What the Financial Services Board (FSB) is trying to achieve is to ensure that all clients’ financial services needs are appropriately met through a sustainable industry.
They require that financial institutions and service providers are able to demonstrate exactly how they are applying six defined fairness outcomes.
